Delete your data

You can ask for everything stored about your Instagram conversations with a business that uses lab247 to be deleted (messages, photos, voice messages, phone number and notes).

1. Send the word “DELETE” in Instagram Direct to the account you talked to.
2. The business confirms and removes your conversation and lead record within 7 days.
3. You receive a confirmation in Direct.

Messages kept by Instagram itself are controlled by your Instagram settings.
