Privacy policy

lab247 (lab247.ai, Tashkent, Uzbekistan) is a service that answers Instagram Direct messages and comments for the businesses that use it. When you write to a business that uses lab247, that business decides how your conversation is used, and we process it on its behalf.

What we receive

When you write to a business's Instagram account or comment on its posts, Instagram sends us your message or comment, your Instagram username and, if you share them, photos, voice messages and your phone number.

How we use it

Only to answer you on the business's behalf: an AI assistant (Anthropic Claude) reads the conversation to write a reply, voice messages are transcribed so they can be answered, and the business's managers see a short summary of your request so they can call you back if you asked. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who processes it

Meta (Instagram), Anthropic (AI replies), the speech-to-text provider we use for voice messages, Telegram (notifications to the business's managers) and our hosting provider.

How long we keep it

Conversations are kept while the business uses lab247, and at most 24 months. You can ask for them to be deleted at any time.
